Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and fostering an inclusive workplace culture? We're seeking a talented Diversity and Inclusion Professional to join our Group People & Corporate Affairs team at Asahi Beverages.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), working closely with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner. You'll have the chance to engage in initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, community engagement, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) across the organisation.
As part of our Graduate program, you'll embark on a diverse career path, working across multiple functions, including People & Corporate Affairs, and gaining exposure to different departments. This will enable you to build valuable professional relationships, gain mentors, and develop skills that will take your career to the next level.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll need to possess strong cultural knowledge, community connections, or demonstrated capability. An understanding of Australian First Nations history, protocols, and significant people and events is essential. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about driving positive change and committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
This role is open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants with Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency. We welcome applications from those early in their career journey, and a degree will be highly favourable.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
