Strategic Social Inclusion and Diversity Advisor

As our Senior Diversity, Indigenous and Social Inclusion Advisor, you will utilize your construction expertise to provide strategic direction and operational support in social procurement, social inclusion, diversity, and Aboriginal engagement for tenders and projects.
You will have experience working with government policies like Building Equity Policy, Victorian Social and Sustainable Procurement Framework, Local Jobs First Policy, and Indigenous Procurement Policy.
A key aspect of this role is creating unique and innovative solutions for our tenders and projects while managing competing priorities and thinking strategically.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing Diversity, Social Inclusion, Social Procurement, Female participation, and Indigenous strategies for the Victoria and Tasmania business unit.
You will establish partnerships, educate and support the Business Unit and projects to achieve corporate targets across the Diversity, Indigenous and Social Inclusion space.
This role requires excellent relationship building, influencing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A degree or post-secondary training in Human Resources or a relevant field is highly desirable.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, adapt quickly to changing situations, and collaborate with different areas of our business.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 AUD based on industry standards and location.
