Investment Associate Role

We are seeking a talented investment associate to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals and contribute to the development and refinement of investment theses.
">Key Responsibilities:- Support the identification, analysis and execution of investment opportunities across various product lines
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal and commercial analysis
- Develop and refine investment theses through collaboration with senior investment professionals
- Engage in structuring, negotiating and documenting investments
- 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or leverage finance roles
- Strong academic record with Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Studies or related discipline from a distinguished institution
- Excellent quantitative, financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
