Join us for a Transformation Leadership role where you will drive change initiatives across operational support functions, manage end-to-end program delivery, and coach key stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and execution of the transformation roadmap, leveraging your expertise in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, TOGAF or ITIL methodologies.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across project management, change and transformation disciplines, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances efficiency and improves customer outcomes.
This is a full-time permanent position based in either Melbourne or Brisbane, reporting to the EGM, Finance. You will partner with senior leaders across the organisation to implement innovative operating models that realise tangible business value.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years' experience in senior leadership roles driving enterprise-wide change.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and embedding cultural change.
