Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our Federal Government client, you will play a pivotal role in creating reporting tools that enhance user experience using the SAP BW/Business Objects toolset.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing reporting tools to improve user experience and identifying additional data sets for creation in SAP BW to support comprehensive reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Reporting Tool Development: Develop and implement reporting tools to improve user experience and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  2. Data Set Identification: Identify and recommend additional data sets for creation in SAP BW to support comprehensive reporting.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT teams, management, and subject matter experts to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure seamless integration.
  4. Data Visualization: Provide clear and concise data reports and visualizations for management to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Data Analysis: Perform data interrogation, validation, dashboarding, and modeling using efficient SQL techniques.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with expertise in SAP BW/Business Objects and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
