Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to work with patients who require assistance with CPAP equipment and therapy.

  • Demonstrate and trial of CPAP devices
  • Supply CPAP machines, masks, and accessories
  • Provide ongoing patient care and monitoring
  • Analyze sleep data
  • Manage stock levels and order CPAP machines
  • Clean and maintain CPAP machines in the pharmacy after customer trials
  • Collaborate with the supplier and pharmacist manager to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Book and administer patient appointments
  • Support customers within the pharmacy when not engaged in sleep apnea duties
  • Maintain stock and consulting room presentation standards
  • Handle cash/EFTPOS transactions
About You
  • Prior experience with CPAP therapy or a related field is highly valued
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
  • High motivation, honesty, and reliability
  • Effective communication skills and good telephone etiquette
  • Computer literacy
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently
