Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaning professional to maintain the cleanliness of commercial premises.

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and floors
• Remove waste, rubbish, and recyclables
• Operate vacuum cleaners and washing equipment to maintain floor cleanliness
• Dust areas within cleaning scope
• Restock and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
• Identify and remove unsightly cobwebs or other items
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate with management as required

• Valid work visa for Australia and willingness to undergo background checks
• Hold a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for commuting
• Prior experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not necessary
• Ability to work independently, utilise initiative, and manage tasks efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Meet physical and mental fitness requirements for the role
