About Us:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and friendly Sleep Apnoea (CPAP) Consultant/Pharmacy Assistant willing to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Renmark on a permanent part-time basis.

This role will ideally suit an individual from a pharmacy or healthcare background; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The general duties & responsibilities include:

  • Demonstration and trial of CPAP equipment
  • Sale of CPAP machines, masks, and accessories
  • Ongoing patient care and monitoring
  • Conducting sleep data analysis
  • Stock control and ordering of CPAP machines
  • Maintenance and cleaning of CPAP machines within the pharmacy following customer trials
  • Working closely with the supplier and the pharmacist manager to provide excellent customer care
  • Administration and booking of patient appointments
  • Assisting customers within the pharmacy when not attending to sleep apnoea duties
  • Maintaining stock and consulting room presentation standards
  • Handling cash/EFTPOS transactions

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience with CPAP therapy or a closely related area will be highly regarded
  • Caring and committed to excellence in customer service
  • Professional and well-organized with good attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, honest, and reliable
  • Strong communication skills with good telephone etiquette
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
