About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Service Desk Officer to join our team at CPL in Brisbane. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first and second level technical support to our employees across multiple sites in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Manage and resolve first and second level ICT support requests, providing technical assistance for software, hardware, communications, and networking equipment.
  • Asset Deployment: Image and deploy new ICT assets to staff, ensuring seamless integration into our IT infrastructure.
  • Project Contributions: Contribute to various IT projects, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one year's ICT service desk experience, with a strong background in Windows/Microsoft environments.
  • Certifications: Current industry certifications, such as MCP and ITIL, are highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in an environment with continually changing systems and technologies.
  • Commitment: Commitment to making a positive impact and driving continuous improvement.
  • Driving License: Valid and current C-class driving license is required.
  • NDIS Worker Screening: Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening are necessary for this role.
