About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Oyster People as a Property Manager, where you will have the autonomy to manage a well-established and maintained portfolio of properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting entry and exit inspections, liaising with contractors and tenants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough entry and exit inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with contractors to ensure all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
