Job Description

Senior Property Managers play a pivotal role in optimising asset performance by providing an integrated solution that seamlessly connects leasing, marketing, centre management and facilities management through one point of contact.

This position involves overseeing the entire property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, with a focus on maximising returns for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting, maintaining and complying with portfolio requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Securing leases and achieving zero-vacancy levels.
  • Preparing contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations and correspondence.
  • Managing income, expenditure and financial reporting.
  • Supervising tenancy fit-outs for consistency and compliance.
  • Providing timely advice and communicating effectively with clients.
  • Overseeing Administration teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum 8 years' experience in Commercial & Industrial property management.
  • The NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
  • A strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience with MRI management systems.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build key relationships and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail.
