Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Packing Coordinator to join our dynamic Production Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate packing requirements utilizing all resources such as people, equipment, and processes.
  • Operate all packaging and printing equipment.
  • Pack/bag coffee, tea, or other goods as well as print labels and label bags.
  • Coordinate and support roast and logistics functions with the Production Team to ensure the smooth transition of coffee through the factory.
  • Ensure high standards of workplace health and safety (WHS) at all times.
  • Integrate with digital systems and technologies.
  • Perform general warehouse duties including stock movement and counting, cleaning, and preparation for the following day.
