Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Ensure project success by supporting established frameworks, processes, and systems.
  • Executive-Level Insights: Develop clear insights into project progress, risks, and outcomes for senior executives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage the flow of information between teams and clients through regular meetings and clear written communications.
  • Change Management: Own the change control process, ensuring effective tracking, assessment, and implementation of project changes.
  • Project Development: Contribute to detailed project plans, shaping timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Client Engagement Leadership: Lead client engagement, building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring successful delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Lead Experience: Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate teams across the full project lifecycle.
  • Expertise in Project Management: Extensive expertise in leading complex projects, managing high-level stakeholders, and driving strategic outcomes.
  • Professional Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, architecture, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong Understanding of Project Lifecycle: Comprehensive knowledge of the full project lifecycle.
  • Experience in Design, Management, or Construction: Experience working in design, management, or construction within a PM/CM environment.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to work in client-facing roles and within the Australian market.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Autonomy and Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
