Occupational Therapy Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care for adults with physical disabilities in their homes across the Central Coast.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalised treatment plans to improve safety, independence, and reduce risk of injury.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their routines and provide practical solutions for daily challenges.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver a friendly, professional, and client-focused service.

Key Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Experience in community-based occupational therapy, ideally with NDIS clients.
  • Strong knowledge of assistive devices, home modifications, and functional independence strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care and making a positive impact on clients' lives.
