• Provide clear, professional, and polite communication to stakeholders explaining decisions in a clear and informative manner

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require:
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service, including answering telephone enquiries and preparing correspondence
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a respectful and professional manner
• Strong time management and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to independently manage repetitive tasks and maintain a high standard of output
