Elderly Patient Advocate

This is a clinical support role that requires a strong focus on person-centred care and relationship building with residents.
- Provide clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse.
- Implement and support a resident comfort focus.
- Advising and supporting the care delivery by the care staff.
- Consultative in case management and clinical decision making.
Key Requirements:
- Availability on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday, or as needed.
- Be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts including nights & weekends.
- Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative.
- Have knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs.
- Have a genuine passion for serving elderly people & you want to make a difference in their lives.
- Strong Admin and computer skills.
- Current AHPRA registration with ideally 2-3 years' experience in an Aged Care setting.
