Job Title:

Speech Pathologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team in Logan City, Queensland. As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 0-18, and build your caseload according to your strengths and interests.

The role is clinic-based, allowing you to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners in a dedicated clinic room. You will enjoy calendared 1:1 supervision and fortnightly peer supervision from senior speechies and leadership team.

You will have full control over your calendar, seeing clients in clinic or the community, and dedicated admin time. Our client services support team handles all things admin, including client waitlist and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and intervene with children across a diverse caseload, including speech, language, literacy, fluency, feeding, developmental delay, social skills, stuttering, school readiness, and Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Work alongside a neuro-affirming team that supports children of all different learning profiles and presentations
  • Participate in regular professional development opportunities, including in-service PD, monthly masterclasses, and conference attendance
