Therapist Role

We're seeking an experienced therapist to join our supportive team.

You will be working with clients who require emotional support and guidance. You will also have the opportunity to work independently while still being part of a collaborative team.

About the Position

This is a full-time position available, with the flexibility to start part-time and grow into a full caseload over time.

Our clinic has strong referral streams and a reputation for compassionate, down-to-earth care. We offer clinical mentorship, professional development opportunities, and all administrative support so you can focus on your clinical work.

Some presentations you'll support include anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, life transitions, sensory regulation, emotional development, school readiness, daily living skills, social participation, mental health support for children and adolescents.

Requirements

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Psychologist or Occupational Therapist).

  • Minimum 5 years post-registration (or highly confident and skilled if earlier).

  • Strong client engagement and retention skills.

  • Positive, compassionate, values-aligned approach.

Location

The role is based in Springwood, QLD – 25 minutes from Brisbane CBD, on-site parking, strong local GP/school/allied health networks.

Salary

  • $100,000 – $140,000 + super (FTE), negotiable based on experience.
