About the Role
The Maintenance Planner will work closely with production teams to develop and maintain maintenance schedules for GrainCorp's QLD country operations. This includes planning materials, resources, equipment, and contractors for planned preventative and shutdown maintenance works.
About Your Experience
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner with experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a multi-site environment. You should have strong asset management skills, particularly in materials handling and fixed plant/mobile plant. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively under pressure and apply complex problem-solving techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for QLD country operations
- Plan materials, resources, equipment, and contractors for maintenance works
- Consult with operations supervisors/leaders on preventative maintenance activities and equipment servicing
- Partner with maintenance supervisors to schedule manpower and resources effectively
- Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work
- Maintain technical information and equipment maintenance history
