Key Responsibilities include

  • Actively communicating and contributing towards a positive Quality culture
  • Working with Turnaround Leads to identify improvement opportunities and drive to implement plans to achieve Flawless TAR delivery
  • Coordinating the management of Flawless delivery, from kick off through to close out, working closely with the Quality Sponsors, Captains and Action Owners
  • Coordinating Lessons Learnt record, including communication and tracking with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintaining and monitoring Quality systems and procedures
  • Working with the TAR planner for the completions process of TAR scopes and work packs
  • Leading Quality workshops and coordinating Quality training
  • Providing updates during the TAR review audit on progress
  • Communicating delivery progress to the Turnaround Team and Steering Committee
  • Raising Non-Conformance Reports

What you will bring

  • Previous experience working in the resources sector in a Quality role
  • An understanding of quality systems, processes, audits and general requirements for the construction and maintenance industries
  • Confident user of MS Office Suite, with previous experience working in SAP or Maximo (highly regarded)
  • Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • A motivated and proactive approach to quality management and reporting
  • The ability to obtain relevant information, identify key issues and relationships, compare data from different sources and identify cause-effect relationships
  • A clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
