Job Title: Field Services Engineer WA

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Services Engineer to join our team in Western Australia. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across Western and South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide software and hardware support for BD ROWA, Alaris Infusion Systems, and Pyxis to our retail pharmacy, central pharmacy, and hospital customers respectively.
  • To perform remote support and diagnostics, field repairs, preventative maintenance, performance testing, and electrical safety testing of company related electro-medical equipment.
  • To ensure timely diagnosis of system errors and customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • To ensure software levels of equipment are current.
  • To ensure product repair turnaround goals are achieved.
Requirements
  • Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge, interpersonal/negotiation skills, time management, and ability to direct and support as appropriate.
  • Ability to identify potential issues/complaints and escalate as appropriate.
  • Preferably a restricted electrical license.
  • Strong customer communication skills and management of customer expectations.
