At the intersection of data and innovation, we're seeking a skilled Data Specialist to drive growth and patient safety through secure access, high-quality control and actionable insights.

You'll grow into a subject-matter expert on the datasets you handle, contribute to analytics projects and develop research skills that deliver real value to patients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Data Management: Manage global study datasets securely, maintain high-quality data, and coordinate corrections effectively.

  • Study & Operational Support: Provide operational support during study setup, monitoring, close-out and database maintenance.

  • Documentation & Scientific Contributions: Assist in research proposals, contracts, literature reviews and scientific outputs.

  • Training & Process Improvement: Train users, contribute to SOPs and eQMS documentation, and improve data workflow processes.

What We Look For

  • A strong interest in data management, data privacy and research operations is essential.

  • The ability to convert complex data into actionable insights is crucial.

  • Excellent collaboration, documentation and organizational skills are required.

  • A curious problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement is key.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, bioengineering or a related field with a focus on data management are preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with proven teamwork ability are necessary.

  • High attention to detail, accountability and integrity when handling large datasets are critical.

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++ or MATLAB is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in clinical research or an engineering internship can be beneficial.
