Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Infrastructure & Networking Company: NTT Data Contract Type: 9-Month Contract (High Possibility of Extension) Role Overview: NTT Data is seeking a capable Technical Business Analyst (BA) to support our Infrastructure Services team in Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in networking, infrastructure operations, process improvement, and financial tracking.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Service Managers, and technical teams to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure & Networking Analysis: Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions Support the design and implementation of infrastructure and network services, ensuring alignment with business needs Assist in capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimization of infrastructure services Process Improvement & Service Management: Analyze and document current IT service processes; identify gaps and recommend improvements Develop and maintain service catalogues and dashboards for performance tracking Work with Service Management to define and monitor SLAs and KPIs Financial & Budget Tracking: Support budgeting and forecasting activities for infrastructure services Track and report on service costs, usage, and financial performance Assist in business case development and cost-benefit analysis for new initiatives Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure clear communication across teams Prepare and present reports and insights to senior management Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, etc.) Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and process improvement Proficiency in financial tracking, budgeting, and cost analysis Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with tools for data visualization and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments Knowledge of IT asset management and capacity planning tools Questions?
