Senior Finance Analyst, International Emerging Stores Payments Finance

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join the International Emerging Stores Payments (IESP) Finance team. As a key business partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting Amazon's Australia Payment business, including Cobranded Credit Card, Installments, Buy Now Pay Later, Gift Cards, Shop with Points, Cost of Payment, and other local payment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Long and short-term financial planning and controllership of monthly financial reporting
- Developing and reporting on weekly financial and operational performance metrics
- Providing analytical support for senior leadership
- Identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- Credit Card/Payments industry experience
