Court Operations Specialist

The Assessment and Referral Court is expanding to Heidelberg, a key recommendation from the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System. This rare opportunity allows you to coordinate a specialist court list and work closely with the multidisciplinary ARC team.
You will support the Court Coordinator and perform a dual function of supporting the listing and registry functions across all jurisdictions and more specifically the coordination of the ARC list, including in-court duties.
This role requires the ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion while liaising effectively with the Judiciary, court users and members of the ARC multidisciplinary team, and ARC participants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the ARC list and supporting the listing and registry functions
- Liaising with the Judiciary, court users, and members of the ARC team
- Providing administrative support for the Court Coordinator
