Early Childhood Teacher Opportunity

As a leader in early childhood education, you will have the opportunity to shape the educational outcomes for each child.

  • Develop strong relationships with families, ensuring they are informed and confident in the quality of care their children receive.
  • Support educators in delivering contemporary early childhood practices and implementing evidence-based curricula.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS) standards.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher or equivalent.

You will have opportunities to:

  • Contribute to leadership councils, enhancing your leadership skills and shaping the direction of the centre.
  • Implement educational programs on digital platforms, encouraging collaboration between families, children, and educators.
  • Maintain children's learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment and reflection.
