**Job Title:** Branch Director, Local Business Growth

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Wollongong branch and drive business growth in the local community. As a key member of our Community Bank team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve them.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of residential and commercial lending, as well as experience in financial management, business acumen, and risk framework. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share in the local area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Embed operational and risk management practices through regular communication and training.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial lending.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
