About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Analytics Strategist to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for helping organizations drive better outcomes through data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by selling digital analytics solutions to top-tier decision makers. They will manage sales cycles, including building relationships with prospects and stakeholders, and working closely with internal partners to win deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and qualifying leads to identify potential customers for Mixpanel's digital analytics solution.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing, to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell Mixpanel's products and services.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience owning a revenue quota and managing the full sales cycle for a SaaS business in the ANZ region.
  • Proven ability to succeed in outbound prospecting and generating significant deal outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in engaging with C-level executives and managing high-stakes negotiations.
  • Adaptability, agility, and resilience, with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and excel.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Mixpanel or other analytics tools.
  • Specific industry experience in fintech, ecomm/retail, or media and entertainment.
