Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation: Create comprehensive and precise cost estimates for scaffolding projects, encompassing materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Blueprint Evaluation: Analyze and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ascertain scaffolding requirements.
  • Supplier Coordination: Identify and assess materials and equipment from vendors to guarantee cost efficiency and quality.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to comprehend their requirements, offer insights, and resolve any issues related to scaffolding solutions.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and implement adjustments as necessary to remain within financial limits.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in scaffolding estimation, construction estimating, or a related discipline.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with a scaffolding background transitioning into business development, project management, or site supervision will also be considered.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with estimating software and tools, along with a solid understanding of scaffolding systems and construction methodologies.
  • Detail Orientation: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members.
