Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a portfolio strategy that drives growth, innovation, and community benefit through robust financial modelling and risk assessment.
  • Originate and secure major projects by forging strong partnerships with government and private sector stakeholders.
  • Oversee high-value transactions, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and complex development agreements to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of portfolio strategies to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities across diverse housing, infrastructure, and precinct development projects.
  • Provide strategic advice at Board and CEO level to inform investment decisions, ensuring they are backed by rigorous financial analysis and thorough risk assessment.
  • Build a high-performing team with deep expertise in project origination, commercial structuring, revised development strategies for existing assets, planning, environmental, and social impact assessment.
