Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the delivery of allocated projects, ensuring they meet agreed objectives, standards, and schedules.

The successful candidate will lead project teams to achieve budget and delivery targets, participate in meetings with internal and external groups, manage financial aspects of projects, identify and mitigate risks, oversee contract administration, maintain site safety, coordinate project completion activities, and provide support during defects liability periods.

  • A degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a Project Management role or significant experience as a Senior Contract Administrator.
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction methodology, project management principles, and delivery methods.
  • Working knowledge of WHS best practices and legislative requirements.
  • An effective communicator and relationship builder.
  • Able to drive, develop, and maintain safety behaviors.

  • Risk management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Safety management: Knowledge of WHS best practices and legislative requirements, with the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
