Our organisation is a leading manufacturer in the health and sports supplement market. We specialise in creating innovative, natural products that cater to the needs of athletes and individuals alike.

Our team works closely with professional teams, including the Wallabies, UK Cricket & Football, AFL, AFLW & NRL teams, Cricket Australia and the Springboks, among others. Additionally, we support marathon runners, trail runners, cyclists, triathletes, adventure racers, and obstacle course athletes in their pursuit of excellence.

We are seeking a skilled Food Production Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various vertical form-filling machines, measuring ingredients accurately, and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness in all work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily production output requirements with a hands-on approach
  • Operate various vertical form-filling machines
  • Measuring ingredients accurately
  • Batches mixing powder and liquid ingredients
  • Ensure set up and end of day tasks are completed
  • Ensure high level of cleanliness in all work areas

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in food manufacturing
  • An understanding of HACCP and operating with HACCP
  • Food Safety Certificate (AUS)
  • Excellent attention to detail & able to follow strict quality procedures
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, reliable & trustworthy
  • Forklift license not a must but is advantageous
  • Willingsness to learn, be hands-on and eager to grow with our company
  • Some heavy lifting is required

Work Arrangements:

  • Own transport is required as there is no public transport available to this location.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
