About this Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead procurement delivery across multiple infrastructure projects in Queensland and New South Wales.

This is a vital position within our national procurement function, responsible for delivering compliant, strategic, and value-driven procurement outcomes. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of sustainable, community-connected projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activity, including planning, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
  • Ensure procurement activity aligns with relevant frameworks, DFA, and legislation.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationships to drive best-for-project outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
  • Support and develop your team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Quantity Surveying, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, contracts, or project management within construction, utilities, or infrastructure.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in supplier engagement, tendering, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
