Job Opportunity
A leading insurance and self-insurance organization is seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Professional to join their Workplace Risk Practice in Melbourne.
This practice focuses on managing workplace injury risks by delivering quality advice and services to clients, managing key programs, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves providing innovative solutions to workplace risk and workers' compensation programs, helping clients achieve sustainable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clients' workplace risk programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
  • Provide outsourced return to work support services for a range of clients
  • Maintain comprehensive client data and update accordingly
  • Produce analytical written reports for clients
  • Complete premium renewals and policy placement of national workers' compensation insurance
  • Undertake premium forecasting
  • Maximise revenue generated from existing client base
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a workers' compensation role or similar within an insurance or self-insurance environment
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation claims principles and processes
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
  • Excellent report writing and correspondence skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
