Ambitious Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are seeking a proactive and solution-focused individual to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service and/or high-volume call centre settings, with the ability to maintain strong time management skills and handle complaints with professionalism.
- Handle inbound calls efficiently and effectively, resolving customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Conduct outbound calls to investigate customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage high volume calls with a focus on quick and effective resolution.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or high-volume call centre settings.
- Experience with effectively managing high-pressure situations and handling complaints with professionalism.
- Ability to maintain strong time management skills.
- Take ownership of issues while ensuring they are communicated and resolved efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
