Job Overview

As a Mechanical Commissioning Lead, you will be responsible for leading mechanical commissioning teams on projects based out of Melbourne.

  • Maintaining and improving relationships with clients, managing scope and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Identifying, monitoring and supporting the attainment of net fee booked plans through consistent communication.
  • Collaborating with sector leaders to define opportunities and engagement strategies.
  • Serving as a key client manager for selected clients.
  • Driving the identification and development of new business opportunities in the commissioning market.
  • Undertaking technical assessments of project schedules, drawings and technical submittals.
  • Developing commissioning implementation plans, schedules, reports and test scripts.
  • Providing technical advice to clients on project and operational risk.
  • Working closely with contractors to develop commissioning strategies and processes.
  • Managing attendance and reporting of factory tests.
  • Undertaking and reporting of inspections and tests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and improve client relationships to identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Project Oversight: Undertake technical assessments of project schedules, drawings and technical submittals.
  • Commissioning Implementation: Develop commissioning implementation plans, schedules, reports and test scripts.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to clients on project and operational risk.
