Dynamic Retail Marketing Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategy across multiple brands in Australia. You will engage with stakeholders, utilise assets and promotional funds to improve store penetration and create brand differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate agreements with suppliers
- Manage the Australian promotional calendars
- Lead campaigns, promotions & compliance for the marketing team
- Analyse customer research, market conditions & competitor data
- Own instore visual merchandising standards
- Direct the production & distribution of visual merchandising support materials
- Track promotional performance
In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities, demonstrating initiative, excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with various audiences. We seek someone detail-oriented and analytical with leadership qualities.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in Marketing, preferably in retail
