Beverage Production Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Beverage Production Specialist to join our team at Macro Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Production Line: Configure machines during changeovers to enhance efficiency and optimize production.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine checks to ensure products meet customer specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
- Scheduling and Planning: Create plans to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability, ensuring seamless production processes.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Partner with maintenance fitters to perform reactive and preventive maintenance, reducing downtime and improving overall efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to reduce changeover downtime, optimize productivity, and ensure line performance.
Requirements:
- Trade Qualification or Experience: In Mechanical or Electrical fields, or equivalent experience in beverage manufacturing.
- Beverage Manufacturing Experience: In wine bottling, canning lines, RTD beverages, or beer production.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and create long-term solutions to improve production processes.
- Safety Protocols: Knowledge of safety protocols and proactive in identifying and correcting hazards.
