Position Overview:
Collaborate with our dedicated team to assist during restaurant service hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. Craft memorable experiences for our guests throughout their entire food and beverage journey. Uphold cleanliness standards in the outlet and ensure daily checklists are meticulously completed, with a keen eye for detail. Comprehend guest needs and deliver outstanding service with every interaction. Support the Food and Beverage team with various operational responsibilities. Foster and enhance relationships with both existing and new guests, showcasing our exceptional service and facilitating future reservations.About You:
Possession of a current RSA certification. Previous experience in a hotel environment is advantageous. Valid working rights in Australia. Eager to advance your career. Self-driven, motivated, and thriving in a dynamic environment. Equipped with innovative solutions and a proactive mindset. Familiarity with point of sale systems is essential. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing food and beverage role. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
