Human Resources Strategic Partner

A senior HR business partner is a strategic role that provides trusted advice and support to management and employees across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide expert guidance on all HR matters to managers and employees.
- Tailored Solutions Development: Collaborate with managers to address people issues and offer bespoke solutions and case management support.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with managers and external partners to implement key HR strategies and cyclical activities.
- Operational Support: Support the implementation of various HR programs, including employee development initiatives, enterprise agreements, and reward schemes.
- Policies and Compliance: Advise on the interpretation of relevant legislation and internal policies to ensure compliance and fairness in all people-related decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with at least five years of experience in a similar role.
They will possess extensive knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and HR best practices, along with experience developing and implementing HR-related policies and procedures.
