Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled X-Ray Technology Lead to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative detection technology projects in our biosecurity operations division.

  • This role involves working on a diverse range of projects, from developing new detection technologies to implementing existing ones. As an X-Ray Technology Lead, you will be responsible for driving innovation and improving the effectiveness of border screening.

The X-Ray Technology Lead will provide input and support to the development and implementation of detection technology core business and proof of concept trials across mail, traveller, and air cargo pathways.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to proof of concept trials in mail, traveller, and air cargo pathways.

Support the development and validation testing of algorithms across x-ray technology products and user interfaces.

Undertake location-related record keeping and operational administration.

Provide technical support relating to x-ray and related technology.
