About The Role

The role will provide opportunities to work in general Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Theranostics, and to perform diagnostic CT. Queensland X-Ray provides technologists with the opportunity to maintain and advance Radiopharmacy skills through in-house compounding for the majority of Nuclear Medicine, PET, and therapy radiopharmaceuticals. Queensland X-Ray offers competitive rates, with guaranteed incremental pay rises in line with employee classifications, and there are opportunities for career progression across our network of Nuclear Medicine departments. We support you to develop skills across all modalities of Nuclear Medicine, at your own pace. About You

You will demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine)
  • Full AHPRA Registration with no conditions or limitations
  • Full QLD Radiation Use Licence
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional patient care/customer service experience
  • The ability to deliver quality work and remain calm under pressure
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to collaborate with other staff and work as part of a team
  • Accuracy and sharp attention to detail
  • Professional personal presentation
