The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process for various construction projects, ensuring all designs meet stakeholder expectations, regulatory standards, and support project timelines.
Key responsibilities include administering the project and BMD Design Management Plans, creating and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing all engineering, constructability and design compliance aspects of the project.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering;
- Chartered Engineer and RPEV Registered status;
- Prior contracting or design consultancy experience in the civil construction industry;
- Management of technical teams, including planning and budget management;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
