About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Centre Cook to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Andergrove.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified cook to create healthy meals that fuel young minds and bodies, becoming a cherished part of our community.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the daily experiences of the children in our care by ensuring the safety of children by preparing meals to account for special dietary requirements and allergies.
Your Key Responsibilities- Plan menus and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director
- Maintain high standards of food safety by ensuring all storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks is hygienic
Goodstart Andergrove is a 75 place centre that provides a home-like environment for our staff, children and families.
We are located in a quiet, family-orientated area North of Mackay, close to private and public schools as well as frequent public transportation.
