About the Role

The Customer Experience Manager plays a key role in delivering a seamless vehicle sales journey. You will represent Subaru as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.

You will assist in managing our in-store Customer Experience Team and deliver an exceptional sales experience, providing a flexible customer journey. You will lead and motivate the team, manage expectations for delivering an exceptional customer experience for long-term business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gain extensive knowledge of vehicles and products to provide comprehensive information during product demonstrations
  • Sell finance and insurance products to in-store team members after customer quotations
  • Fully explain product benefits and features, establishing strong rapport with customers using interpersonal skills
  • Assist with customer enquiries to answer questions about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services
  • Display professionalism when dealing with customers and deliver a 'Customer First' experience
