Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced baker to join our team as an Artisan Baker. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that exceed our customers' expectations.



Key Responsibilities


  • Bake a variety of products, including bread, pastries, and cakes, using traditional methods and recipes.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety in all aspects of your work.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines and achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:




  • A Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a fast-paced bakery environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and deadlines.


The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for baking, a customer-first mentality, and a love of teamwork and continuous learning.

  • A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
