About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join our team. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
