Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
They will be responsible for assisting customers with their general enquiries, processing new memberships, making bookings, and promoting our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert and friendly service to customers at reception, over the phone, and in written correspondence.
- Process new memberships and promote information on our facility, classes, and other general enquiries.
- Make bookings and process payments in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, word processing, filing, and photocopying.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Availability to work a range of morning, afternoon, and Saturday shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office software.
