Job Role Overview

To achieve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth, we are seeking a Sales Support Associate.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service by engaging with customers, providing product recommendations and tailored assistance.
  • Guide customers through product features and benefits to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organized.

Flexibility is key in this role, as you will work varied shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

About You, we are looking for a proactive and approachable individual who excels in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior customer service experience is essential, along with high standards in customer service and store presentation.

You will also need to:

  • Calm irate customers and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Be able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height.
  • Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
