We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Design Brand Lead to join our talented Marketing team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of core assets and campaign execution across the Foundation, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role will be accountable for best-practice application and extension of brand guidelines, asset management, and traffic management to meet business objectives. This includes overseeing brand guideline application, briefs, and approvals, as well as developing robust asset management systems and self-serve assets.

Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of core assets and campaign execution, managing multiple projects and deadlines, oversight of brand guideline application, briefs, and approvals, development of robust asset management systems and self-serve assets, and ensuring the creation of quality branded assets that support initiatives across the Foundation.

About the Role

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-led creative work that aligns to strategic goals.
  • Proven experience owning and evolving brand guidelines across digital and print.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, accessibility, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in designing for both organic and paid digital channels (social media, display ads, email, web) including development of templated assets along with experience with video editing and motion design.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma. After Effects is desirable.
